What We Love About Fall at USC. Fall is just a unique time of the year at USC. For the freshmen pupils it marks the beginning of their college experience. For our admission staff it marks the recruitment cycle for our next freshmen course. For students and staff fall is really a time that is wonderful of for most different reasons. It was thought by us would be good to review our some of our pupils and admission counselors to see why they enjoy the fall at USC so much.

Here’s what some of our students had to say:

‘we love creating TV programs at USC”s Annenberg television News’ Jake, Senior, Broadcast and Digital Journalism, Ridgefield CT

‘ I like seeing therefore many alumni come back to USC Football games to support the Trojans’ Pooja, Junior, Kinesiology, Cupertino, CA

‘I love seeing all the new pupils getting included with the different student organizations who recruit during the start of semester’ Matt, Senior, Public Policy Management and Planning, Irvine, CA

‘I look ahead up to a cappella auditions and welcoming our members that are new Trace, Junior, Broadcast and Digital Journalism, Elmhurst, IL

‘FOOTBALL’ Ryan, Senior, Accounting, Chicago, IL

Here’s what some of our admission counselors had to say:

‘ I like leaving work each time and hearing the marching band practice at the track arena and listen to Dr. Art shmoop essay writing services Bartner direct the group. I love that the band we can run using the track during their practices. Good music to help you get fired up!’ Michael Gulotta

‘ I love fall because the learning students come back and bring life back once again to campus! It is great to hear what they did within the summer time.’ Samantha Schreiber

‘Conquest is every fall and it’s a sendoff for our football group, but it is also a complete large amount of fun for the rest of campus. The quad that is main turned into a carnival, with a Ferris wheel, fireworks, bonfire, and food. But the part that is best comes at the conclusion for the night when they start the concert. Every year they bring amazing designers to campus to execute for students. My show that is favorite was Fiasco!’ Kendall Williams

‘The Trojan Knights’ Olivia Sajjadieh

‘ I adore when the weather actually turns to fall and the leaves begin to change color, particularly in Alumni Park it’s the setting that is perfect all the trees and Doheny within the background!’ Neelam Savla

Family Weekend

This weekend that is past USC hosted its yearly Family Weekend to welcome parents and families of current students to campus. Visitors managed to attend classes with their student, hear from President Nikias, cheer on the Trojan football team, and indulge in many other events through the weekend.

One program that is special a conversation with Gary Tuchman, a CNN National Correspondent. We are fortunate to own him provide his perspective on being truly a parent that is proud of USC students as a visitor web log contributor this week. read on to hear a USC parent’s perspective.

Whenever my son Daniel started kindergarten, my grade that is third daughter was delighted. She ended up being excited she and her brother would be going to school together. 13 years later, Daniel and Lindsay are experiencing deja vu; but this right time at the University of Southern California. My daughter is a senior in Annenberg; my son is a freshman in the School of Cinematic Arts. They are pleased to maintain college with one another and my wife Kathy and I are happy and proud to have two children in the Trojan Family.

However, they are maybe not the ones that are only our house who’re element of that Trojan Family. This has been explained to us from the beginning that as parents we too are people of the family. The kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness we’ve experienced from people associated with the university has been wonderful. Just this past weekend, we attended our 4th annual USC Family Weekend. It really is great being together with your kiddies as we all experience the fun activities that are offered. But it’s also inspiring to experience the care and meticulousness that USC exhibits in putting the elaborate weekend together. the university has for its students and also the moms and dads of the students.

Our children are far from home. We live in Atlanta, Georgia; 2200 miles away. But we love to visit and understand they’re in good fingers when they are in Los Angeles. All things considered, they are Trojans.

Transferring to USC

For those of you that are considering transferring to USC we offer a true wide range of recommendations and programs to greatly help guide you through the transfer application process.

References:

1) examine the Transferring to USC Guide. It is a comprehensive guide to our application process and I reference it quite often.

2) Pay close attention to the Additional Course Recommendations for transfer students. Some programs at USC require extra preparation and students should really be mindful of these courses when scheduling classes.

3) For students transferring from California community universities, we’ve what is called an Articulation Agreement. An articulation contract is a list of courses we guarantee will transfer from the grouped community college to USC. Students should reference the articulation contract to understand which of these courses will move.

Visiting Campus:

1) you can expect Transfer Information Sessions covering the transfer process every at 3pm at our Admission Center tuesday.

2) We also host Transfer Days through the entire autumn for students interested in a more visit that is comprehensive USC. During a transfer time pupils have the opportunity to just take a walking trip of campus, attend a scholastic information session, and tune in to an aid presentation that is financial.
